Luchino Visconti - Photos by Edward Quinn
In 1963 Luchino Visconti got the «Palme d’Or» for his film «Il Gattopardo» («The Leopard») at the Cannes Film Festival. Present at Cannes were Visconti, the actors Burt Lancaster and Claudia Cardinale and even a leopard, but a young and friendly one. Cannes 1956.
