Pablo Picasso walks through his top-floor studio at Mas Notre-Dame-de-Vie, Mougins, in 1967, after agreeing to show Edward Quinn works from his collection. Wearing a distinctive geometric-patterned shirt, the artist is captured mid-stride among numerous canvases stacked against a rough stone wall. On the floor is a painting of a reclining nude, a work that Picasso remembered Quinn had photographed him creating in 1955.
