Picasso and Luis Miguel Dominguin. La Californie, Cannes 1959.

In the sun-drenched studio of his villa La Californie in Cannes, Pablo Picasso converses with the bullfighter Luis Miguel Dominguin in 1959. The artist, at right in a dark shirt and patterned trousers, stands with a hand on his hip as he speaks. The younger, taller Dominguin smiles as he listens, his hands also on his hips.
